　　PMP認(rèn)證考試要求中，對學(xué)歷的要求并不是很嚴(yán)格，學(xué)士學(xué)位以上和高中以上學(xué)歷都可以報考。但比較注重實(shí)際工作經(jīng)驗。比如：本科(含)以上歷報考者需要同時滿足3年以上和4500個小時的項目管理工作經(jīng)驗;專科(含)以下報考者需同時滿足5年以上和7500個小時的項目管理工作經(jīng)驗。

　　PMP考試報名的條件要求：

　　第一類：學(xué)士學(xué)位或同等學(xué)歷以下知者，申道請者必須具備至少7500個小時的項目管理經(jīng)驗，并且在申請之日前8年內(nèi)，累計項目管內(nèi)理月數(shù)不少于60個月。PMP培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)的35個小時項目管理培訓(xùn)。

　　第二類：學(xué)士學(xué)位或同等學(xué)歷以上者，申請者必須具備至少4500個小時的項目管理經(jīng)驗，并且在申請之日前6年內(nèi)，累計項目管理月數(shù)不少于36個月。PMP培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)的35個小時項目管理培訓(xùn)。

　　一個項目經(jīng)驗描述表是為單個項目經(jīng)驗準(zhǔn)備的。如果有多個項目工作經(jīng)驗，可以用多個表單來填寫。項目經(jīng)理描述表的內(nèi)容不能有雷同，要與項目經(jīng)歷的描述能夠吻合。要把項目各個階段的收尾和可交付成果描述清楚。項目經(jīng)歷中要有項目的名稱、起止時間、項目節(jié)點(diǎn)時間、時間段和主要的工作內(nèi)容，以及五大過程組中每個過程所用的時間。另外還要填寫你在項目中的職位或角色。最后注意：如果在申報時正在進(jìn)行項目工作，也可以作為項目經(jīng)驗申報，把項目的完成時間寫成申報的時間就可以。
